It is with great sadness that we announce the Community Parents project ended on 30th April as we were unable to secure funding to allow us its continuation. You can find out more about the impact this project had on the community at the bottom of the page.

A message from the Community Parents Project

The Community Parents vision has always been about parents supporting parents, and filling a community need to build confidence, resilience, and growth. Parents have often described us as being someone in their corner, and it has been such a joy and privilege to have been able to make this happen.

As a team our hope is that we have paved the way for local peer support, and that families will continue to get the support they need. We often reflect on the impact the project has had, not only for the families we have supported but for our wonderful volunteers too. Our volunteers have been at the heart of what we do, and without them there would have been no us.

We would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the last 9 years and helped us make an impact. This video captures the very essence of what has driven our passion for the project, we hope you enjoy it.
