IMPORTANT NOTICE
After 51 years of providing an excellent learning environment for young children, we regret to inform you that Island House Playgroup has now permanently closed for business.
We would like to thank Marina Betts, Carmen Galea, Christine Coyle, and Tanya Thompson, and all past play leaders too(!) who have been a part of the Playgroup's journey, and we wish them all the best of luck for the future!
Island House has hosted a playgroup for almost 40 years. The first children we took care of are parents and even grand-parents themselves now, and 40 years later we are looking after their children/grandchildren!
Carmen Galea is the current Head Playleader/Manager, with Deputy Marina Betts handling the day to day running of the organisation.
Together with their team of staff and volunteers, they provide morning and afternoon sessions for pre-school children.
Monday to Thursday sessions at Island House:
Morning sessions: 8.45am - 11.45am;
Afternoon sessions: 12.30pm-3.30pm
Friday session at Tiller Road Leisure Centre:
10am - 1pm
