For pregnant & new mums;

  • We provide one-to-one support
  • We share information on local services for pregnant women and new mums
  • Offer non-judgemental practical & emotional support
  • Free anti-natal & post-natal Pilates sessions
  • We aim to help you feel confident and prepared for parenthood

Here for you

  • Are you or a family member expecting a first baby or are you a second/third time mum who experienced challenges the first time around?
  • Could you do with a listening ear or someone to be there for you?

Our volunteers support, encourage and motivate you during pregnancy and the first year of parenthood. Some of the things that our volunteers support families with include discussing your birth options and helping you to create a birth plan. They can also accompany you to antenatal classes, clinics and hospital visits if you feel this may help you.

Ganyat, one of the wonderful mum's we support, shares her experience with our volunteers below.
